Tuna salad

Materials

  • 5 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cans of tuna

  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt

How is it done?

  • Wash and chop the lettuce, parsley and tomato.

  • Add olive oil, salt and lemon and mix.
  • Your tuna salad is ready.

Artichoke Peas with Olive Oil

Materials

  • 6 fresh artichokes

  • 3 celery
