How to make flaxseed milk?
Materials
- One-third of a cup of flaxseed
- 4-4.5 glasses of water
- Sieve or cheesecloth
- Dates or honey as sweetener (optional).
How is it done?
- Mix flax seeds with 3 glasses of water to create a thick and creamy texture.
- Strain through cheesecloth into a jar.
- Add the dates or honey with the remaining one or one and a half glasses of water and mix the milk again.
- Consume fresh or let cool for an hour and then consume.
